In case of a birthday group or bachelor party, the group renting the apartment, will be asked for a deposit of 500 euros, and both the payment of this deposit to be returned on departure, as the total reservation, will be charged in cash at the apartment. The deposit will be returned the next day by bank transfer, to check if there have been any complaints or problems with neighbors. Also indicate that any reservation that exceeds 300 euros, will be asked for cash on arrival at the same time of delivery of keys.

By company policy, if the amount to be charged for the reservation is greater than €200, we will ask you to pay the total amount of the reservation in cash upon arrival when handing over the keys.
